FRIDAY 8TH June 2012: Women’s Voices (about a feminist a cappella choir) by Susan K Monson and me was given an excellent reading at the Actor’s Centre by Eve Polycarpou, Alwyne Taylor, Eva Traynor, Joanna Foster, Kate Crutchley, Clare Oberman and Bob Putt. The cast were on top form and the singing was terrific. Members of the feminist a cappella choir Velvet Fist came along and supported the singing wonderfully. And a good response from the guests.
